Steps of Service:

• Oftentimes customers already have an idea of what changes they would like to see in their home addition or remodel and have done prior research and made comparisons. After the first call and initial consultation, we establish a realistic budget and idea of what we can do to transform your home into a space you’ll love.
• We perform an in-home meeting to view the space you would like added or altered and determine what options are available. Cougar Custom Cabinets arranges a meeting and tour of our local showroom, where you can view a variety of materials to inspire you and provide ideas for your home addition or remodel.
• We work with you to come up with a custom design that works best for your needs and space, then create a layout and 3D rendering of your new home addition. Our showroom has a wide variety of materials, finishes, and hardware to choose from for your new addition, and once selected, we perform a cost analysis proposal for the space to be remodeled.
• We create a detailed plan for the scope of work required to remodel your home and obtain the necessary work permits for the project, then perform the scope of work with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Once the remodeling process has been completed, we provide warranty for the provided home remodeling service in Sterling, Virginia so you can celebrate the project’s completion and enjoy your beautiful, new addition.
